Who We Are

Corey is a full-time real estate investor with a background in technology. He graduated with high distinction in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He bought his first property in 2001 and continued to invest in real estate while working full time. He has renovated and sold multiple properties, worked with contractors, interior designers, and architects, and now focuses on private lending, private equity and land development opportunities. Corey is data-driven, a problem solver, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

Sima graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in Sociology and Political Science (Honours  B.A.), followed by a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University in Ottawa. She was a Senior Development Officer for the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and later with Global Affairs Canada (GAC) for over a decade. 

She has extensive experience in real estate, having been part of every venture with her husband since 2005. Her strength and skills  are in space planning and design, with a focus on maximizing the relationship between form and function.

Sima is also a published author and is represented by literary agency Westwood Creative Artists.
