What we Do

In the Private Lending space, we focus, primarily, on 1st and 2nd position secured mortgages to other investors acquiring or refinancing their rental properties.  We underwrite all of our own deals with a strong focus on the property itself, rather than your personal finances. 

In the green rental property space, we believe in leading by example to reduce the planets overall carbon footprint. 

Through retrofitting rental properties with energy efficient heating/cooling systems as well as solar panels for power generation, we want to redefine how new rental properties are designed and constructed. 

We also acquire properties with an intent to, over time, rehabilitate and improve their energy efficiency.
We also seek new green development opportunities in the low rise multi-family property space. 

In the private equity space, we invest in new high-rise development opportunities, preventing urban sprawl, at the point of land acquisition.  

Bold Egg Investments oversees every phase of multiplex housing development, from coordinating trades and consultants to securing financing and managing budgets. We handle permits, city approvals, and post-construction operations, including property management.
